It's often that this step has been well thought out already, and we're collaborating with clients on just the production of the content.

Our creative process has some important milestones, and the Keywords the first and most important.
Keywords are five words that represent the purpose or intent behind a story or series of videos. They represent the inspiration, uniqueness, tone, audience, and action of a story. They also allow us to define our themes clearly.
This is the second milestone in our creative process.
Choosing the right people for your videos is essential in building an emotional connection with our audiences.
Sometimes it's a simple decision to only use real employees in your content, like KalTire. Other times it's choosing an actor or a person for your documentary. Regardless of the project, choosing a character that best embodies the keywords will be essential.
This is the third milestone in our creative process.
With keywords and character briefs approved, we now have a strong foundation for the final story arc.
Our briefs and storyboards will walk through each video's plot point by plot point, ensuring that all the key objectives of each video are addressed while preserving the integrity of the story
and the goals of the project.
This is the fourth milestone in our creative process.
Now we're ready to answer the questions of equipment, locations, travel, schedules and so forth.

MEDIA ASSET MANAGEMENT
You may not believe me when I say this, but media asset management is one of the most important parts of the content creation workflow.
For small projects, this may mean good file naming, structure, and back-ups. But for large projects, multi-video campaigns, long-term strategies, this means searchable tags, metadata,
and network access.
This is where the magic happens, and
we put all the pieces together.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
The most essential part of post-production is the review and approval process.
We've made this as easy as possible.
Before we begin the review process, we recap all the creative decisions we've made along the way so that the project and its goals are fresh in our minds again. Don't worry, we don't do this for every new draft :). Just once.
Typically, there are three to four drafts for each video, or series of videos. This process is streamlined using Wipster.
With this application, you’ll be able to access each draft version, make comments and chat with our team right in the video. All of this is then fed right into our video editing application, where we can
tick off to-dos.
Back in the day, we used to mail clients DV tapes and DVDs. Those were simpler times.
With dozens of platforms to market and distribute your content, we got your back.
We ensure that each video we create is properly formatted for each platform with alternative versions, thumbnails, and silent viewing.
Distribution is more than hitting the publish button.
We want the videos we craft to be successful, and that means we are with you beyond final delivery.
Our services include consulting on distribution or properly distributing the content for you. We are available to help you schedule your videos, ensure we're using the right keywords, tags, descriptions and captioning.
